Mr. Shabbos

Mr. Shabbos plays a unique mix of Jewish and biblical lyrics with country, bluegrass, rockabilly music. For the young—and the young at heart—Mr. Shabbos leads an interactive sing-along show that is guaranteed to get everyone up on their feet and dancing.

Lazer Lloyd

Lazer Lloyd Blumen played in local bands during his youth in Madison, CT. Now Israel’s most acclaimed blues guitarist, his latest album “Lazer Lloyd” is on top of the US Blues charts and his single “Burning Thunder” is now #1. He reunites with former Shoreline band members to perform both acoustic and electric blues, as well as his unique approach to traditional Hassidic tunes and Middle Eastern melodies.

Zev & The Klezmen

Zev & The Klezmen are a four-piece band from West Hartford specializing in klezmer music and popular Jewish favorites. Walter ‘Zev’ Mamlok, the group’s clarinetist, and his talented musicians play a rich and lively mix of music that laughs and cries, dances, soars and dives to reach the hearts and souls of their audience.

All-Day Festival Activities

Artists and artisans will be selling a variety of Judaica, jewelry, art and unique Israeli products. Books, videos and games of Jewish interest will be available for sale. Festival-goers will be able to choose from delicious kosher fair favorites. Kids will enjoy inflatable slides, obstacle course and a variety of Jewish-themed arts and crafts projects. All day Jewish music, kosher food, art & book sale, entertainment, children’s crafts & inflatables, and jewelry & craft vendors! Free admission. Food, crafts, and vendor items are for sale.

Chabad of the Shoreline is dedicated to helping Jews connect to their heritage through study, innovative programs and communal events. Chabad also reaches out to those in need of spiritual or material assistance.
